You can still hear the young girls screaming at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk this week as R&B sensation Chris Brown performed two sold out shows. The Chris Brown experience continues tonight (Thursday) with Bow Wow and Saturday in Anaheim with Bow and Sean Kingston—and again—good luck finding a ticket.

The 18-year old who Newsweek Magazine declared “the last hope for pop music” has taken the music world by storm. Some say he’s this generation’s Michael Jackson. He certainly displayed those moves and more in a concert that’s filled with amazing pyrotechnics, a rotating second stage that spins like a ride at an amusement park and at one point, it seems the singer is lowered from the ceiling like Tom Cruise in “Mission Impossible.”

This kid is phenomenal. He sings, he dances, he’s a showman. You truly haven’t seen anything like this since “Thriller” and Michael Jackson.. He also has a smile that lights up a room. Did I mention, he also very handsome. For even older women, he brings out the inner teenager in you. Where was he when I was 13.

His “Exclusive” tour follows the release of his new CD and hit “Kiss Kiss” and on the heels of his unforgettable movie, “This Christmas.” Brown has said repeatedly in interviews that he wants to be the biggest entertainer and he’s certainly on his way.

“I’m more passionate about my music as far as performing, my physical ability to entertain. It really shows who you are if you can do it in a room full of thousands of people, right there on stage so that’s what I love most. With my music I want to be the biggest entertainer that ever did it, so I just want to continue to do it,” he said. “I still think it’s a dream, but I ain’t pinchin’ myself yet. So it’s just like, ‘Okay, just have fun with it. Just go!’”

Chris Brown has inked a deal with Nickelodeon to make a reality series involving his teen backup dancer, 11-year-old Scooter and 9-year-old Miles as they tour with Chris in the”Exclusive” tour. The pilot will air as a special on Nick but no dates has been confirmed. Chris’ manager Tina Davis, also will exec-produce the unnamed-yet series, which is being produced by World of Wonder.
