DR. MANUEL SCOTT JR. AT MOUNT ZION MBC

The Los Angeles Community at large is invited to come and hear Dr. Manuel Scott Jr. at the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1300 East Fiftieth Street, in the City of Los Angeles, on Sunday, September 6, at 11:45 AM.  The Pastor and Members of Mount Zion are so glad to welcome Dr. Scott as a Son of Zion who has preached for us for over twenty-five years.  Our former Pastor, Dr. E. V. Hill Sr. made this Sunday Dr. Scott's annual trip to our church and we have continued in the same fashion.

The ministry of Dr. Manuel Scott Jr. has been appreciated in our community, local churches and conventions for many years.  He is one of the most energetic, prolific, and Biblically sound preachers of this day.  He is especially gifted in Bible studies, Youth and Young Adult Ministries, and motivational and inspirational messages to Men and Women's Ministries.

When Dr. E. V. Hill Sr. founded the California State Baptist Youth and Young Adult Convention thirty-six years ago, there was no other preacher that taught Bible study to all the delegates on a daily basis at the Convention but Dr. Manuel Scott Jr.  He is truly an evangelist that every Bishop, Pastor and Teacher can trust to educate and inform your members of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The Zion family loves him dearly.

Not only will we be blessed by the message of this great man of God but we will also serve the Lord's Supper and give the Right Hand of Fellowship to all new members. We will also continue our season of casual attire. 

 Please clear your calendar and plan to visit Mount Zion on this special day.  You are always welcome at Zion where we still preach and believe "If you have the faith, God has the power."
