Unusual, maybe, but on a warm July morning, Joe Peay could no longer contain himself when he realized that his chosen profession had allowed him to help a wonderful woman achieve a goal she had only dared to dream about. Her joy spilled into his heart so forcefully that he barely made it to his car before he was overcome with so much emotion for the woman he had only met weeks before. Better it be this way, after all, men are not supposed to cry.

It all began with a phone call. The call came late in the after noon. A close friend of the widow had been aware of the problem for some time. She knew something had to be done and soon. She sought advice from a local center and was given several financial advisors to call. Joe Peay, a Reverse Mortgage Consultant for MetLife Bank was among the names given.

When Joe walked into the house he quickly saw that the house was literally falling apart. A leaking roof, creaking floors, and broken plumbing only hinted of the problems. Joe called a meeting, which included the woman's family to discuss solutions. It was then and there that the obvious answer gleamed fourth, A Reverse Mortgage.

Upon meeting the woman, MetLife Bank Reverse Mortgage Consultant Joe Peay, went into action. First, he assessed the woman's property and found the caller to be correct that an urgent situation did exist. Next, he began calculations to try and find the money to save what was the thirty year home of a senior citizen of the community.

Applying what he had been trained to do at MetLife Bank, Joe considered: The woman's age, the fact that she owned her home, that she had equity built up over the years, that she needed additional income to make her life more livable, and that she planned to pass her home down to her heirs. Once these determinations were made, Joe formalized his plan.

He advised a reverse mortgage loan and the woman and her family agreed. The reverse mortgage loan would allow the woman to make the much needed repairs while providing her additional income. She would remain in her home, but with the comfort of knowing her house was safe, secure, and her home for as long as she lived.

Lastly, the woman had one request. She wanted the house to be painted orange and with white trimming. Joe couldn't help but ask why. The woman replied that she had wanted an orange house with white trimming since her husband died; they were his favorite colors. Joe Peay rushed to the car.

The good news is that What Joe Peay did for the senior citizen of this story; he can do for many others. You see, Joe is a Reverse Mortgage Consultant for MetLife Bank which is a Subsidiary of MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET), which is a leading provider of Insurance and financial serviced with operations throughout the United States and Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific Regions. To inquire, contact Joe Peay @ 888-833-4642 or Email:
