Candidate adds support of Garcetti and Greuel

Two ranking Los Angeles City Council members pledged their support for Compton Councilman Isadore Hall for the 52nd District State Assembly seat this week.

Council President Eric Garcetti and Council president pro Tempore Wendy Greuel both announced their endorsement for Hall , distributing statements individually.

“Isadore Hall is a dynamic, forward thinking leader who represents the best of a new generation of public servants,” stated Garcetti.

Greuel added, “The people of the 52nd District need a dynamic leader like Isadore Hall in Sacramento. Councilmember hall has been an advocate for working families, education and economic development. The difference he’s made in his community as a member of the city council is a great indication as to the work he will get accomplished in the Assembly.”

A native of California, Hall was elected to Compton City Council in 2003 as a representative of the Fourth District.

During his tenure he has worked to empower local business owners through the Quarterly Business 2 Business Breakfast Roundtable, an event he created as a way to strengthen relationships between City administration and local businesses.

“I’m proud to support his campaign for the State Assembly and look forward to a working partnership with him to better the lives of Los Angeles residents,” said Garcetti.

Funny, the name under the picture of Wendy Gruel is incorrect, and that other photo is by far NOT Eric Garcetti.

Come on folk, get it right.
