Memorial services have been set for Brooklyn pastor and gospel singer Reverend Timothy Wright, who died Friday nearly a year after he was severely injured in a car crash in Pennsylvania.


Viewings for Wright are set for Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd at the Grace Tabernacle Church on Pacific Street in Crown Heights.

 

A memorial music concert is also planned for May 3rd at 7 p.m., at a location to be announced.

 

A life celebration service will also be held on the morning of Monday May 4th at the Pilgrim Church on Broadway in Bushwick.

 

An acclaimed singer, Reverend Wright was nominated for two Best Gospel Album Grammy Awards.

 

Wright was 61 years old. His wife and grandson were killed in last year's crash.
