Well brothers and sisters I think our prayers have been answered in the form of my vote making a difference for the sake of my great-great-grandmother who couldn't vote and my brothers around the world who can't vote because they are incarcerarted and confused as to what the future will hold for us as a whole.

My momma used to say that the cream will rise to the top. I've found that to be true.  I would like to inform all brothers and sisters behind the wall and on the streets that it is now time for us to start acting presidential in our demeanor and actions towards ourselves and for the family. Lately I feel so happy to say that there are no Black gangs at war with one another at this present time.

We have to really stop the killing of each other and pull our pants up on our asses because it may be time now to put down the war crime rags and pick up the black flag of goodness. Honestly it is time to stop playing jail and the plantation. If you are on one of those slave programs called parole or probation it is time to give that slave mentality back to the person who taught it to you.

For the first time we as a group of Black men should stop doing crime and go back to school. Let us give them back all their bags of tricks and traps. It is time out for that crap.

We have a brother in office who is putting his trust in our behavior during these next few years. People, it is a pleasure to write in this paper, the Los Angeles Sentinel during these historical times so that my children and grandchildren can open up this time capsule of information and see that we as Black people are in time, on time, all the time. We are backed by the true and living GOD who has heard the prayers of my ancestors who are smiling in the oceanic graves of slavery where they were killed along the safe passage.

This article is for my future grandchildren and my grandmother who did not live long enough to vote for the second coming of Christ in the form of brothers taking responsibility for their actions at this time. It is a wonderful day in the hood and things are starting to look up now for the masses and their children who are suffering from what they don't understand. SO, my advice to all of us both Black and Brown during this time, is to remember that God will never change the conditions of a people until they help change the conditions of their hearts. Free big Al, Kevin Potts and Brian Mustafa long political prisoners along with Johnells brother who is my brother.
