CNS - Voter registration services will be available outside 17 Department of Motor Vehicle offices in Los Angeles County beginning Jan. 14, Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Conny McCormack announced. The last day to register for the Feb. 5 primary election is Jan. 22. Anyone wishing to register must be a United States citizen, a resident of Los Angeles County and 18 years of age by election day. Persons in prison or on parole for a felony conviction cannot register to vote. Residents can register outside DMV locations between Jan. 14-22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The participating DMV offices are located at: - 14400 Van Nuys Blvd., Arleta;
