Woman, Hope is Not Lost!

Hello World, I just got off the phone with a woman I dated in undergrad; while, there are years and several miles separating us now, we attempted to rekindle the passion once held between us. But, there always seems to be some sort of interjection as her wants, once upon a time, far acceded her honesty. With no shame, I too admit to being a victim of the same. I will always care for her but accepting fault once is okay in my opinion and maybe even a couple of times after the fact. However, to continue to allow your self ill treatment is an unhealthy act one can prevent.

The ordeal; I believe in “LOVE”! I long for “LOVE”! I desire to share what my opinion of “LOVE” is with the most deserving woman for me and me for her. I’ve been a victim of thinking that forgiving or accepting fault of ones past will make it possible to dwell within the presence of “LOVE”! But, “LOVE” is in fact a gift, a true “PRESENT” to be cherished and cultivated. So, on with my life and the next woman. I wait for you with open arms. Just understand that when we find each other, you may need to massage my deltoids and biceps because the lactic acid has been depleting the flow of oxygenated blood. It doesn’t mean that I can not hold you. It just represents the natural struggles of life. I’m sure you may need the same treatment.

World, she depicted growth through the receiver of that phone and I felt happy for her. Yet, her hope does not lie back down in my bed. Her growth is to be shared with another, who may need a similar caress of the arms. She claims that men are not ready for monogamy nor are they willing to try.

I disagree with a smile because, I long for a monogamous “LOVING” relationship to share gratification with! The type that breads lustful glances from across the dinner table and thoughtful conversation in between moments of kisses, hugs and booty rubs. I can not be alone within that regard. I would like to think that I am special, but, I’m only one of several uncut diamonds that wait to be chipped into perfections as I believe that is what a true “LOVING” and respectful relationship will breed.

So, hope is not lost for that woman or any other woman for that matter. It’s all a matter of time. American society leads us to believe in fairy tales or perfection. That unfortunately does not exist within any aspect of life. I once accomplished a wrestling season of thirty-seven victories with no defeats. Yet, even within that whole season I gave up six takedowns or scores against me. When I think of the sacrifices I made during that season, abstinence, no consumption of sweet liquid and foods. It leads me to believe that comparative sacrifices are needed for a relationship to work. That means one must choose a mate that is willing to make sacrifices. Then, the probability of more joyful memories, are greater than the fifty percent chance of one’s marriage not succeeding. Even then, one will give up takedowns, so to speak.

Question; I have promised myself to wait for that woman I believe to be my gift and I a gift to her. So, hope is not lost for women and other men who are willing to make similar sacrifices. Or is it?
