I agree get rid of Phil Jackson, the Lakers need a complete re-haul in the coaching dept. They have no defense at all and you are right Phil uses players at awkward times. They start to get hot & he pulls them out, they get cold and he lets them play until we are down by 18 points. Im so tired of him coaching the Lakers. Id like Michael Cooper.
