Radiance Boutique & Specialty Shop has been going over 40 years strong in the community. Owner, Ruby Cottle credits her longevity to good customer service.

“I specialize in serving my people because we do not have that in our neighborhood,” said Cottle. “I don’t believe that you should have to go to Beverly Hills or elsewhere to get the service—when we can do it right here.”

Cottle stands by knowing her customers and staying in the neighborhood, which is the key to her success. From 11th Ave. and Jefferson, to the (former) Baldwin Hills Mall and now in the Crenshaw Plaza, Cottle has realized her dream.
