Local Businesses To Give Families a “Christmas Wonderland”

On Sunday, December 18, from 1pm-5pm, local businesses will come together to give back to the community by providing a “Christmas Wonderland” to struggling families from the inner city.

10 Families nominated BY the community will be the event's “special guests” for the evening.  These special families will experience a magical red carpet event and an unforgettable night of glamour.  They will be pampered at Diamond Hair Studio with bubbling champagne, massages, facials, hair make-over and more.

Celebrity Designer, Barker Décor and Inc., will transform the venue into a Winter Wonderland.  At this beautifully decorated venue, the ten nominated families will enjoy a hearty Christmas meal.  The doors will then open to the rest of the inner-city community to join in on the festivities.  Fashion shows, hair shows, celebrity talents, singers, and dance groups will all be available to these guests free of charge.

Comedians Melanie Comacho, Kasper, host Giorgio, and Rapper Chino Barz, are a few of the special celebrity appearances of the night. Inner-city beauty schools -- Universal College of Beauty and Healthy Hair-- will compete in a Christmas themed Hair Battle Show.  A $1000 donation will be given to the winning school, along with a year-long externship program at Diamond Hair Studio in 2012.  18”-20” Indian hair, 18” Chloe Malaysian Hair, and Gift Baskets will be raffled out throughout the event.

The Glamorous Christmas Gala will now be held in front of Diamond Beauty Supply & Accessories located at 1836 Manchester Ave., Unit A, Los Angeles, CA 90047 next to WSS. Please dress to impress.
