Hello World, I write to you all today within a positive and true state of mind, difficult, yet only because I must remain true and honest within self. Allow me to explain! The title, "Time," is in reference to the time we share with our selves, our friends, our family and our love ones. Many of us have vices that disrupt our lives and interfere with the "Time" we give! Those vices can range from alcohol abuse, promiscuity, drug abuse and others.

Now, the premise of this article is to bring attention to those vices so as to dispel them! We all have our own issues so please do not discount yourself as a person who does not need to address these matters. The reason being, "Time." Before you know it, you have chosen to share more time with the vices that take away from your selves, your friends, your family and love ones. If anyone within the group I just mentioned are contributors to your neglect of "Time," please give yourself a moment to recognize that as a negative in your life.

If your "Time" is diverted because of a vice, before you know it, you have created issues for yourself! The spouse you once shared intimate moments with now has not felt your true and warm embrace, which leads to distance within your relationship. From and different perspective, your child, your siblings, your parent(s), they may not recognize the person your vices have led you to become.

"Time," is so precious, that you can wake up one day and your marriage has lost months or possibly years, your children have become taller and developed personality traits that reflect your distant behavior. Your brother and or sister may have developed vices of their own, which you could have helped prevent.

The beautiful aspect of "Time" is that it is constant! So, if you lose hours and days, you may have the opportunity to retrieve future moments! All you must do is recognize and accept your own faults! That recognition (within self) may save a critical moment in "Time" when your friends, your family and love ones are on the cusp no longer sharing their "Time" with you.

How you can combat the issues associated with your vices is this; humble yourself and accept fault. Ask for help, either within friends, family and love ones or professionally! Don't be afraid to seek therapy!

"Time; the most precious contribution one can share with themselves, their friends, their family and their love ones!"
