Salute to Rev. Pleasant Continues

The 35th Appreciation Services saluting the Rev. Dr. Earl A. Pleasant continues on Sunday, July 17, at Greater New Bethel Baptist Church located at 601 East 99th Street in Inglewood.
‘The Man, the Message and the Ministry' is the theme of the celebration and clergy from throughout the country are participating.

"We, the Greater New Bethel Church family, are excited and extend an invitation to every member and friend to come and worship with us as we honor our pastor. We give God the Glory and the highest praise for blessing us with such an anointed man of God with the message from God and the ministry of God," said Sister Loretta Kelly.

The 10:45 a.m. service will feature Dr. F. D. Sampson of Friendship Baptist Church in Houston, TX. The guests at 3:30 p.m., will be Rev. Dr. R. A. Williams, pastor of McCoy Memorial Baptist Church and Rev. Dr. A.D. Iverson, pastor of Paradise Baptist Church, both in Los Angeles.
