Dr. Jones Retires From Third Church

Los Angeles Third Church of Religious Science will experience significant, but joyous, change at the end of this month when Dr. Ronnie Jones retires after 25 years as pastor. His farewell lecture will be Sunday, June 26, at both the 9 a.m., and 11 a.m. services.

Dr. Jones came to Third Church in 1986 to minister to a small congregation struggling to keep their church growing and vital. His intention was to keep the membership motivated and growing while increasing their spiritual connection to God. According to the members, he accomplished the mission.

Those of all denominations are invited to attend the services at Third Church at 4323 Leimert Boulevard in Los Angeles. Ample parking is located at the rear of the church.
