FOLLOW US:

Anger is a form of temporary insanity. Toxic emotions puts our physical health at as much risk as chain smoking. Anger has its genesis in our many routine interactions with people. The accumulated layers of let downs, disappointments, betrayals and heartaches we have endured throughout life. When you are angry, your thought process is engulfed in a toxic and tide that obliterates any enjoyable response to the living world. When we are angry, we often find ourselves using the strongest vulgarities the English language has to offer.

The unconscious personality is not aware in the moment of its anger or its rage, that there are aspects of itself that would prefer to respond with compassion and understanding, but it would recognize them if it could see in that moment. Anger is never without a reason, but seldom a good one. Add that to the fact, that most people are not very skillful at separating justified from unjustified anger. There is a great advantage in understanding this.

Anger is one of the keynotes by which we come into harmony with depression, loneliness and sadness. The longer we ruminate about what has made us angry, the more "good reason" and self-justifications for being angry we can invent, Brooding fuels anger's flames. However, seeing things differently douses those flames. Reframing a situation more positively is one of the most potent ways to put anger to rest. An angry personality, for example, will re-act to the hardships of life with anger, and thereby bring into being the necessity of experiencing the results of anger. Lastly, let's take a look at self-righteous anger. Self-righteous anger can be very enjoyable to some. In a perverse way satisfaction can be taken from the fact that many people annoy them for it bring a comfortable feeling of superiority. You see anger takes it form in the fog of confusion and languishes in the outer realms of insanity. So stop being so damn angry.
