Dr. Dorothy Height, a giant among us!

Dr. Height, a mighty warrior, who walked in the footsteps of Mary McLeod Bethune and followed her as president of the National Council of Negro Women. The entire country owes a debt of gratitude to Dr. Height, a woman whose life, as one of the most influential Civil Rights pioneers of the 20th century, continues to inspire a new generation of women and leaders throughout the world. Now in the twilight of her life, WE EXTEND OUR COLLECTIVE PRAYERS AND GOOD WILL FOR HER WELL-BEING AND CONTINUED TIME AMONGST US.
