Park Hills Community Church, Reformed Church in America, will celebrate its 25th Annual Women's Day on Sunday, May 20, at 11 a.m. The theme is ‘Acting Lovingly; Living Faithfully' taken from Romans 15:1-7, 13.

The pulpit guest will be the Rev. Felicia R. Bagneris, associate minister at First African Methodist Episcopal Church in Pasadena led by Pastor Allen L. Williams, Sr., and coordinator of Southern California Conference Women In Ministry.

The Rev. Bagneris accepted her call to preach in 1997, was licensed to preach in 1998, and ordained an Itinerant Elder in the A.M.E. Church in 2003. She earned her undergraduate degree from the California State University at Northridge, California, and is now pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Payne Theological Seminary.

Also during the service, current and ‘In Memoriam' members listed at the Consecration Service conducted by the late Reverend L.L. White in November 1986 will be honored as ‘Silver Sisters' Founders.

Ms. Willie Jewel Miller is the president of the Women's Ministries and Mrs. Gay Morris is the Women's Day chairperson. Dr. Hansonia Caldwell Harriford, a noted musician, conductor and author, will direct the music.
