Bill_DukeOn Saturday, May 9th - August 15th acclaimed actor/director, Bill Duke (Not Easily Broken, Deep Cover, Hoodlum, Rage in Harlem, X-Men: the Last Stand, National Security) will reintroduce his 12 week Industry Survival Boot Camp. Mr. Duke says, "This unique boot camp will position industry professionals to be informed and make informed decisions by addressing the paradigm shift happening in the entertainment industry. Actors, directors, writers and producers can come and learn about new standards in creative content and distribution needs of Hollywood. Dead are the days of being discovered because of "the look" the artist of today must educate themselves and be prepared to take action! Yes, there will be actors training for those who choose that level of participation, with an added bonus of connecting participants with individuals and material they won't find in an "acting course."

In this class, special invited industry guests, from SAG, WGA, DGA, network, production studios and new media executives - will address the concerns of and offer possible solutions to the issues and challenges resulting from the global paradigm shift in this industry. Be ready to build relationships with special guests that will be career and life-changing.

In 1998, Boot Camp Alumni included Oscar-Nominated Taraji P. Henson, Anthony Anderson, Shemar Moore, Mathew St. Patrick, Monica Calhoun, and LisaRaye McCoy, among others. Ms. Taraji P. Henson said, "The experience I had and relationships I made changed my life forever. I highly recommend this class to anyone that is ready to action."

Course fees are based on an-la-carte structure, depending on what participants are looking for and range at the reasonable rate of $350 a month to $150 per month.
