Vanessa Bell Calloway returns to Shameless

Actress Vanessa Bell Calloway returns for the third season of John Wells' top-rated hour-long drama "Shameless" on Showtime.  Slated to star in nearly half of this season's episodes, Calloway resumes her role as Carol, the mother of Veronica.  She will also be featured in the season finale.

In addition to her television role, Calloway will also appear in three upcoming feature films: "The Obama Effect," "The Under Shepherd," and "The Last Fall," winner of the HBO Best Feature Film Award at the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival (2012).

Production is currently underway with "Shameless" is scheduled to return January 2013 on Showtime.
