Shaune Ortiz, owner of California Fish Market was so impressed when she attended Taste of Soul last year, that although her restaurant is based in Georgia, she decided to come to Los Angeles this year as a first time vendor.

“We will be serving fish and chips and pineapple coladas,” she told the Sentinel this week.

Ortiz is a California native, and still does catering events here, she said.
